Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: post jobs, source, screen, interview, and hire candidates. Build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, track metrics and ATS data, coordinate interviews, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Build and integrate AI agents and automation workflows, extend full-stack apps with LLMs, manage data pipelines (Snowflake, Postgres), support server-side event tracking, analytics and dashboards, ensure secure HIPAA/SOC2-compliant handling of PII, and collaborate with leadership to deploy AI-driven marketing and compliance solutions.

Support month- and year-end close, maintain rolling forecasts and budgets, produce executive and Board reporting, analyze clinic-level performance and payroll trends, perform ad hoc financial analysis, and contribute to dashboards and automated reporting.
