Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring, scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting metrics. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS and HRIS records, support employer branding, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during high-volume recruiting.

Serve as the facility's front-facing ambassador and operational backbone: greet visitors, manage calls and deliveries, coordinate vendors and maintenance, maintain cleanliness and supplies, support meetings and events, and assist operations and clinical teams with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Serve as the primary HR partner for a multi-site region, advising managers on employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, new-location readiness, and multi-state labor compliance while partnering with HR generalists and HR Manager.
