Serve as a strategic HR partner for regional and district leaders, advising on employee relations, performance management, investigations, workforce planning, succession, retention, and manager development. Lead people-readiness efforts for new locations, analyze regional workforce metrics, support multi-site operations, and ensure compliance with California and multi-state labor laws. The role operates independently on complex and sensitive HR matters and is onsite Monday through Friday.

Owns studio-level budgeting, rolling forecasts, three-statement financial modeling, debt and covenant forecasting, lender and deal models, executive analysis, dashboards, variance commentary, and board and investor materials for a rapidly growing multi-unit healthcare business.

Process accurate, timely multi-state payroll across multiple locations, including timekeeping, variable pay, off-cycle runs, tax compliance, benefits deductions, garnishments, reporting, reconciliations, and employee support. Maintain payroll records, assist with tax filings and registrations, prepare payroll reports and journal-entry support, resolve discrepancies, and safeguard confidential compensation data while coordinating with HR, finance, operations, benefits, and managers.
