Engage potential customers across France and Europe, generate interest in Najar’s AI-driven procurement platform, conduct outreach, advise prospects on tool choices, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Leads, coaches, and develops a team of 5–10 IT Procurement Partners while remaining hands-on with complex client negotiations and delivery. Owns procurement quality, workload allocation, KPIs, process improvements, best practices, and strategic initiatives. Collaborates with senior leadership, Product, Sales, and other procurement managers to improve methodologies, client outcomes, and platform evolution.

Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through closing, generate new ARR, and build long-term customer relationships. Identify prospects, understand buying cycles, track market trends, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. The role requires selling €100K+ ACV deals, scaling sales processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to product evolution in a fast-paced environment.

Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise SaaS accounts, managing strategic relationships, renewals, expansion, and executive stakeholder engagement. Build account strategies, quantify customer value, mitigate churn risk, and position the platform as essential to procurement operations. Coordinate with Procurement Experts and internal teams, lead complex commercial negotiations, influence product feedback, develop customer-success playbooks, and mentor junior team members.

Optimize IT procurement strategies, workflows, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. Manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance, ensure policy compliance, monitor IT spending, identify savings, track procurement KPIs, and maintain accurate procurement records while collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Owns Najar’s end-to-end content and social strategy, including editorial planning, SEO-focused long-form content, LinkedIn presence, case studies, design assets, localization, awards, and freelancer management. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Partnerships, Procurement, and Product to connect content performance to pipeline and marketing OKRs. It requires independent execution, data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled workflows, and strong written, social, visual, and brand-building skills.
