Designs, develops, deploys, supports, and secures end-to-end Workday integrations and Workday Extend applications. Connects Workday with payroll, benefits, ATS, financial, data warehouse, and middleware systems. Builds reports, calculated fields, transformations, and RaaS endpoints; applies Workday AI and automation capabilities. Leads technical design, monitoring, incident response, release regression testing, security architecture, documentation, peer reviews, and tenant promotion activities while partnering with functional Workday teams.

Develop, maintain, test, implement, and support mainframe applications using Natural-Adabas and JCL. Engage customers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, optimize existing applications, and provide technical guidance throughout delivery.

Develop and review full-stack applications using Python, Java, React JS, and Azure. Design secure integrations with REST, SOAP, and platform APIs; implement authentication and authorization controls; manage GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines; and work within Agile/Scrum teams. Define architectures, technologies, estimates, and methodologies, support testing and production rollouts, troubleshoot complex defects, conduct proofs of concept, and provide technical guidance and feedback.
