Manages bids and acquisition projects, supporting presales and delivery teams. Develops and maintains service and proposal templates, contributes to Managed Services strategy, and coordinates customer and internal projects. Requires business or business informatics education or equivalent experience, bid management or presales exposure, strong analytical and conceptual abilities, independent problem-solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and fluent German and English.

Advise customers on SAP authorizations and compliance projects, designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts aligned with Segregation of Duties. Optimize user and authorization management processes, support project phases from conception through rollout and advanced support, and potentially contribute to project management and presales activities.

Perform manual QA testing for WordPress, Shopify, and custom web applications. Create test plans and cases, validate functionality, usability, performance, security, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Test integrations, forms, navigation, and e-commerce checkout flows; review designs against implementations; document and track bugs in ClickUp; verify fixes and conduct regression testing. Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and provide pre-launch QA sign-off.
