Leads technical design, monitoring, incident response, release regression testing, security architecture, documentation, peer reviews, and tenant promotion activities while partnering with functional Workday teams.

Develop, maintain, test, implement, and support mainframe applications using Natural-Adabas and JCL. Engage customers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, optimize existing applications, and provide technical guidance throughout delivery.
