The Plant Engineering Manager leads engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations and ensure reliability and safety.

Create and execute production and planning strategies to meet customer demand. Maintain production schedules and MRP parameters, monitor and adjust forecasts, analyze inventory position, liaise with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement of demand planning, transportation, and customer service.

Manage internal customer relationships and support Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales to drive account growth, retention, forecasting accuracy, and promotional execution. Oversee new-customer startups, regional sales reporting (Cognos/Cube Data), trade funds/marketing accruals, competitive retail checks and ECRM analysis, and cross-functional communication with operations, planning, supply chain, and finance. Facilitate plant tours, service-level escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise daily production shift to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals. Hire/train/coach team members, manage attendance and performance, verify production jobs in systems, coordinate with maintenance and other departments, complete shift reports, and enforce GMP and food safety standards. Conduct safety talks, walkthroughs, and continuous improvement activities on rotating 12-hour shifts.

Provide financial analysis, modeling, reporting and recommendations to leadership. Support P&L management, budgeting, cost accounting, forecasting, expansion/M&A analyses, and special projects. Design and maintain recurring reports, investigate variances, mentor junior staff, and support data extraction/cleanup for strategic decision-making.

Lead multi-site new product development from concept to commercialization for beverage products. Own program scope, timelines, capex, and cross-functional alignment; drive site readiness, scale-up, quality controls, supplier strategy, and tooling/process improvements. Mentor engineers, create tools/dashboards, manage risk/decisions, and deliver clear, commercial-focused updates to senior leaders.

Lead packaging product development and commercialization across materials, manage multiple complex projects, perform feasibility and cost analyses, work with vendors, mentor junior engineers, produce technical reports and improve supply chain efficiencies. Travel ~25% (some international).

Lead and manage artwork and prepress production teams, owning workflow governance, print readiness, supplier and quality management, KPI-driven process improvements, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, and capacity planning to support packaging launches and reduce rework.

Receive and process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS, operate or support LGV and forklift operations, validate SKUs, monitor quality, prepare and stage loads, maintain inventory accuracy and a safe warehouse environment.

Manage daily operations of the aseptic batching department to meet safety, quality, and production goals. Oversee scheduling, team training, GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, yield and quality reporting, continuous improvement, maintenance planning, supplier quality escalation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure aseptic product integrity and throughput.

The Robotics & AI Systems Development Engineer II develops robotic systems and AI solutions for manufacturing, focusing on autonomy, fleet management, and system integration.

Lead internal communications and employee engagement strategy, counsel senior leaders, manage multi-channel content and events, build communication frameworks and training, oversee digital/social platforms, measure impact, and lead communications teams and budgets.

Process and enter manual and electronic invoices using 2- and 3-way match, research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies, maintain vendor data, support month-end close and accruals, recommend and support AP automation improvements, and provide customer service to suppliers and internal teams.

Lead batching operations to meet production, safety, and quality goals. Stage and verify ingredients, document lot data, perform sanitation, operate forklift, adjust batches with QA, train operators, coordinate PMs, and report shift status while following GMP and food safety standards.

Design and validate batching and CIP systems for beverage lines (including hot fill and aseptic), scope projects, issue RFQs, collaborate with vendors, support equipment installation and commissioning, troubleshoot UHT and aseptic equipment, optimize processes, ensure CQV/FDA compliance, and provide technical support across plants. Travel 25–50%.

Coach and manage team members, verify jobs and inventory in systems (Oracle/WMS), support changeovers, conduct safety and quality checks, report production metrics, and collaborate with plant leadership and other departments to maintain GMP and food-safety compliance.
