Leads manufacturing innovation, change management, and project execution across Lighthouse and sister facilities. Analyzes performance data, optimizes processes, supports technology adoption, develops communication and training plans, manages implementation risks, and promotes continuous improvement. Collaborates with plant teams, corporate functions, project teams, and OEMs to improve capital project adoption and disseminate lessons learned.

Supervises quality assurance and inspection activities in a bottled-water manufacturing facility. Oversees raw-material blending, microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, laboratory supplies, internal audits, GMP compliance, quality systems, and corrective-action investigations. Enforces safety requirements, supports team development, resolves work problems, and serves as backup to the QA Manager for food safety and quality responsibilities.

Supports high-impact manufacturing projects during a 10–12 week internship. Rotates through plant areas, learns production methods and processes, assists with research and decision-making, identifies continuous-improvement opportunities, collaborates across departments, attends meetings, and presents project outcomes to department leadership.
