The QA Technician ensures food safety and quality requirements are met, conducts testing, maintains records, and assists in troubleshooting.

Manage inbound/outbound truck check-in using WMS, monitor LGV activity, prep and load/unload trailers, operate forklift as needed, maintain inventory accuracy and safe warehouse conditions, coordinate between logistics, production, and sales.

Lead plant-level HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, payroll review, HRIS data entry, employee relations and investigations, safety participation, performance management, FLSA compliance, training, and union avoidance support.
