The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, reports project progress, and requires up to 75% travel.

Manages human resources activities for a manufacturing plant, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, policy compliance, performance reviews, safety coordination, FLSA compliance, training, accident investigations, employee listening sessions, HRIS updates, and payroll review. The role partners with plant leadership and senior HR, supports workforce planning and development, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and positive workplace.
