The Plant Engineering Manager leads engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations and ensure reliability and safety.

Create and execute production and planning strategies to meet customer demand. Maintain production schedules and MRP parameters, monitor and adjust forecasts, analyze inventory position, liaise with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement of demand planning, transportation, and customer service.

Manage internal customer relationships and support Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales to drive account growth, retention, forecasting accuracy, and promotional execution. Oversee new-customer startups, regional sales reporting (Cognos/Cube Data), trade funds/marketing accruals, competitive retail checks and ECRM analysis, and cross-functional communication with operations, planning, supply chain, and finance. Facilitate plant tours, service-level escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
