Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services for Home Assistant Cloud. Work on authentication, subscriptions, and payment services, participate in code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, apply security and data-protection best practices, and operate production systems including troubleshooting and improving reliability and performance.

Lead embedded Linux platform enablement for Nabu Casa hardware: maintain and improve Buildroot-based OS support, perform board bring-up, debug platform-level issues, optimise performance and reliability, upstream patches to open-source projects, maintain CI for builds, and document platform architecture and procedures while collaborating with hardware teams and open-source communities.

Lead embedded Linux platform enablement for Nabu Casa hardware: Buildroot-based board bring-up, bootloader and BSP work, debugging, performance and reliability improvements, CI/build infrastructure maintenance, upstreaming patches, and collaborating with vendors and open-source maintainers to ensure long-term device support.

Own end-to-end hardware supply chain: place and track POs, coordinate manufacturers and logistics, support distributors, manage inventory and RMAs, run forecasting and stock allocation, document SOPs, and improve processes cross-functionally to scale international operations.

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee Nabu Casa's digital channels, executing campaigns, enhancing SEO, managing email marketing, and optimizing paid spend for performance and ROI.
