Perform rig floor operations including making/breaking connections, handling tubulars and BOP components, maintaining drilling and mud systems, housekeeping, preventative maintenance, and following Nabors safety procedures on Arctic drilling rotations.

Design, implement, deploy, and support control systems for land-based drilling rigs. Entry-level engineer supporting drilling technical services: perform supervised engineering calculations, produce design documents, learn drilling equipment/processes and company procedures, support projects, interface with suppliers, and provide technical support to internal teams.

Oversee curriculum, instructor development, competency assurance (CAMS), training delivery, and continuous improvement. Align training with Operations, QHSE, HR, and technical stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, standardized instruction, assessment rigor, and accurate competency records while supporting technician development and field performance.

Support day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits inquiries, policy administration, recordkeeping, exit interviews, unemployment claims, and HR compliance. Assist HR Manager and Area HR with employee relations, training, and HR projects.
