Lead mechanical design, analysis, testing, and lifecycle support of drilling and hoisting equipment. Produce calculations, FEA models, BOMs, and documentation. Ensure standards compliance, drive design reviews and improvements, support manufacturing, supply chain, field service, and sales, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers through product validation and deployment.

Provide engineering and technical support for land drilling operations, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal standards. Coordinate with districts, vendors, customers, and Engineering and Technical Services and attend required meetings.

Develop, implement, and sustain PLC-based control software and HMI for drilling applications. Create design documentation, network architectures, and BOMs; provide Level 3 technical support, field troubleshooting, and onsite rig support as needed while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Support day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits inquiries, policy administration, recordkeeping, exit interviews, unemployment claims, and HR compliance. Assist HR Manager and Area HR with employee relations, training, and HR projects.

Provides health, safety, and environmental support to rig personnel, subcontractors, and site leadership. Conducts inspections, audits, behavior-based safety observations, training, competency evaluations, and environmental assessments. Supports incident investigations, corrective actions, emergency response, regulatory compliance, and communication of HSE policies. The role requires frequent travel, overnight stays, and a 28/28 work schedule at operating locations.

Provides global leadership for Nabors Drilling Solutions technology and services businesses. Owns product roadmaps, global P&L, pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, customer relationships, operational alignment, and executive reporting. Leads a distributed international team and partners with engineering, operations, finance, legal, quality, and HSE functions to drive profitable growth, consistent service delivery, safety, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled drilling solutions.
