Lead growth and commercial performance of an oilfield services machine shop across UAE/GCC. Drive business development, manage key clients (ADNOC), oversee machining operations (CNC, lathes, welding, threading), ensure API/ISO compliance and audit readiness, develop pricing and contracts, monitor margins, implement process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to meet quality, safety, and profitability targets.

Manage and monitor company financial activities including purchasing, sales, payables, payroll, treasury and invoicing. Drive adoption and sales of rig automation and performance products across the US Lower 48 by converting drilling inefficiencies into quantified ROI. Lead full-cycle, value-based sales; engage technical and executive stakeholders; support pilots, scaling, and long-term, outcome-driven agreements; partner with operations, product, and engineering to ensure delivery of performance and financial outcomes.

Lead design, analysis, and support of LV/MV power distribution and machine control systems for drilling equipment. Own technical deliverables, develop schematics and control architectures, specify PLC/PAC and HMI/SCADA, perform power studies, ensure code and hazardous-location compliance, support commissioning/FAT/SAT, and mentor junior engineers.
