Manage accounting team and ensure accurate payroll, cash management, accruals, reconciliations, engineering cost allocations, budgeting/forecasting, and special projects. Oversee internal controls, bank signatories, petty cash, PO accruals, and payroll analytics; provide training and issue resolution.

Perform manual labor on drilling rigs: rig-up/rig-down, load/unload equipment, operate tools, assist drilling crew, maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, work in harsh Alaska conditions, pass physical/drug/background checks, complete required training, and be available on-call.

Operate and maintain drilling fluid and solids control systems, monitor and sample wellbore returns, maintain equipment and pits, keep records, and communicate with drilling crew. Perform physically demanding tasks in Arctic conditions and adhere to safety and certification requirements.
