Designs, develops, and optimizes manufacturing processes for complex capital equipment. Acts as technical liaison between design and shop floor, leads process improvements, supports design-for-manufacturability, drives quality and reliability initiatives, manages engineering change implementation, and provides hands-on production support and training.

Manage and execute engineering projects from concept through commissioning, controlling scope, schedule, budget and risk. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide engineering/design support, select and procure equipment, manage contractors, and ensure HSE and quality compliance. Support testing, fabrication, and site integration activities and mentor team members.

Assist the Project Manager by planning and executing small-to-medium project components: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, stakeholder communication, team supervision, change control, and closeout activities.
