Plans and coordinates RZR equipment deployments from engineering validation through operational handoff. Builds integrated schedules, manages readiness gates, risks, issues, changes, budgets, documentation, training, and cross-functional dependencies. Produces executive and customer status reports, facilitates project meetings, tracks corrective actions, and standardizes deployment processes. Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Service Delivery, Quality, HSE, Finance, and customer stakeholders without direct authority. Travel to rig and test locations may be required.

Leads fleet-wide rig automation capital strategy, equipment lifecycle management, modernization planning, capital budgeting, upgrade programs, and technology deployments. Coordinates procurement, logistics, installation, commissioning, field trials, capital spares, equipment availability, and repair-versus-replacement decisions. Partners with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, Field Support, and district teams to prioritize investments, manage risks, track performance, and improve automation equipment utilization across land drilling operations.

Maintains and supports assigned IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, wireless systems, and routine databases. Provides Tier 3 troubleshooting, backup, capacity monitoring, installations, testing, preventive maintenance, documentation, asset management, and configuration updates. Coordinates with operations, vendors, and third-party providers, supports client needs, and assists with infrastructure improvements and technology evaluations. The role may support industrial, remote, drilling, or energy-sector environments.
