Manages drilling rig operations across a unit, emphasizing safety, productivity, equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, rig moves, staffing, and crew leadership. Supervises personnel, resolves operational problems, coordinates training and maintenance, maintains contractor relationships, and supports emergency shut-in procedures. The manager may perform Driller duties when needed and must work extended rotational schedules in demanding outdoor conditions.

Provide level-1 help desk support for internal users: troubleshoot PCs, desktop OS, Microsoft Office, server and hardware inquiries; handle tickets, document resolutions, escalate when necessary, and deliver strong customer service in a call-center environment.

Provide on-site HSE leadership for drilling and field operations on the Alaska North Slope. Promote safety culture, conduct risk assessments and inspections, manage permits and incident investigations, deliver training, support environmental compliance, coordinate with clients and contractors, and maintain HSE metrics and emergency response readiness.
