Source, develop, and close enterprise health system clients across a US territory. Build relationships with healthcare executives, launch and expand pilot programs, create account plans, meet revenue targets, and transition customers to Client Success. Collaborate with product, legal, marketing, support, and leadership; provide sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in HubSpot; influence the product roadmap; and represent Nabla at industry events.

Build and improve full-stack features across web and desktop platforms, develop backend APIs and services, collaborate with Product, ML, and Design teams, and deliver maintainable software from concept to production. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nabla’s EHR integrations. Own and scale clinician lifecycle communications across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. Build and run in-app and email programs (starting with Userpilot), design launch experiences, run A/B and multivariate tests, define lifecycle KPIs, partner with Data/PMM/CSM/Design, ensure HIPAA-compliant messaging, manage the campaign calendar, and operationalize the communication stack and playbooks.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Nabla, you will lead the design and development of product features across various platforms, optimize backend services, mentor junior engineers, and drive architectural decisions.
