Manage and reconcile retailer payments due to brands, prepare and approve remittance reports, handle brand inquiries via Zendesk, process fee adjustments, verify orders/invoices/payments, create brand order analysis files, participate in partner calls, and support process improvements and system enhancements.

Support day-to-day sales operations including retail onboarding, account setup, pricing and sales rules, invoice validation, feature adoption (Marketplace, VMI, BillPay), CRM and reporting hygiene, brand/marketplace content maintenance, promotions support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.
