Evaluate factoring advances and reserves, analyze credit and exposure risk, monitor portfolio health, perform reconciliations, and make approval recommendations. Support brand onboarding through due diligence, financial statement review, legal-document coordination, and deal tracking. Maintain accurate trackers, collaborate with AR, Accounting, Marketing, Business Operations, Data, and Engineering teams, develop dashboards and workflow improvements, and communicate risk indicators and proposed solutions to leadership.

Provide frontline B2B support to brand and retail partners through email, phone, and chat. Manage high-volume queues, order workflows, account changes, billing inquiries, escalations, and delivery issues. Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Compliance while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting response, resolution, CSAT, and quality targets. Contribute to knowledge base updates, process improvements, testing, and partner feedback initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Manage a portfolio of retailer accounts to collect past-due invoices, negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and escalate credit risk. Coordinate with invoicing, operations, and delivery teams, maintain audit-ready records, produce AR/credit reports, and use Slack/Asana/Zendesk and AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
