Supervise overnight transfers, warehouse intake, product staging, vehicle loading, dispatch paperwork, and delivery preparation. Coordinate drivers and dispatch associates, verify orders and BioTrack records, manage route documentation, support real-time delivery communications, track reschedules and reverse logistics, and maintain operational trackers. The role requires occasional early-morning deliveries, physical warehouse work, leadership, customer service, and accurate handling of cannabis distribution processes.

Manage daily inbound and fulfillment operations for a regional warehouse, leading a team of 30 or more employees. Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment, SLA compliance, staffing, scheduling, SOP adherence, training, performance management, KPI reporting, and disruption resolution. Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and other hubs to improve processes and maintain operational performance.

Provide frontline B2B support to brand and retail partners through email, phone, and chat. Manage high-volume queues, order workflows, account changes, billing inquiries, escalations, and delivery issues. Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Compliance while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting response, resolution, CSAT, and quality targets. Contribute to knowledge base updates, process improvements, testing, and partner feedback initiatives in a fully remote environment.
