Provides customer support to cannabis brands and retail partners through phone, email, and chat. Maintains response-time and communication KPIs, monitors partner communications, escalates issues, supports customer experience managers, and assists operations leaders. The role coordinates across departments, resolves partner needs, handles de-escalation and retention, and supports payments, collections, cash-on-delivery, and invoice reconciliation processes.

Own and improve AWS platform infrastructure, including CI/CD, EKS, Aurora PostgreSQL, Kafka, Debezium CDC, Iceberg data lakes, Snowflake, dbt, and Terraform. Strengthen security, observability, SOC 2 controls, reliability, incident response, and cost efficiency while supporting scalable application and analytics-engineering delivery.

Supervise overnight transfers, warehouse intake, product staging, vehicle loading, dispatch paperwork, and delivery preparation. Coordinate drivers and dispatch associates, verify orders and BioTrack records, manage route documentation, support real-time delivery communications, track reschedules and reverse logistics, and maintain operational trackers. The role requires occasional early-morning deliveries, physical warehouse work, leadership, customer service, and accurate handling of cannabis distribution processes.
