Lead strategic planning and execution of clinical trials and external control arms. Develop study plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation. Provide clinical support and data collection at an oncology site: obtain informed consent, ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance, perform documentation review and data quality checks, assist with trial initiation and recruitment, liaise with providers and patients, escalate data issues, and contribute product feedback and site relationship building.

Own the final stage of the clinical data pipeline: clean, transform, and validate datasets from manual abstraction, AI models, and electronic sources into analysis-ready deliverables. Use R/Python/SQL to generate reports, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, automate workflows, and collaborate with Clinical Ops, AI Engineers, and Data teams while maintaining documentation and privacy standards.

Provide Tier 1/2 remote IT support, manage corporate IT systems and applications, onboard/offboard employees, patch and maintain laptops via Iru MDM, enforce security controls (MFA/SSO), handle Zoom A/V issues, maintain inventory, and use Jira for ticketing and tracking.

Lead Quantitative Sciences for oncology clinical development, designing and executing externally controlled and hybrid studies. Develop statistical methodologies for bias mitigation, design protocols and analysis plans, implement analyses and scalable tools, mentor teams, collaborate cross-functionally on data requirements, and communicate results via publications and regulatory reports.

Lead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and clinical trial quality oversight. Administer and optimize the electronic QMS, manage CAPA, audits, document control, vendor management, and SDLC compliance for regulated software. Mentor a small quality team, partner cross-functionally with clinical and engineering teams, and ensure regulatory compliance with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 9001 and FDA requirements.

Lead product development lifecycle, release management, and quality for clinical-facing software. Translate product requirements into engineering work, manage sprints, backlog, QA and A/B testing, ensure regulatory and quality readiness, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver roadmap commitments.
