Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, storage, renewals, and close-out. Improve contract processes, manage third-party relationships, coordinate legal operations, track legal spend, support compliance and governance committees, prepare performance metrics, resolve contract issues, and help implement contract management technology. The role requires collaboration with legal counsel, Finance, Security, Privacy, Quality, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Lead day-to-day operations and performance of Clinical Research Specialist teams across assigned health system accounts. Manage hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, compliance, quality oversight, and site relationships. Track performance metrics, support audits and corrective actions, and implement process improvements while partnering with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and alignment with account priorities.

Provide clinical support and data collection at an oncology site: obtain informed consent, ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance, perform documentation review and data quality checks, assist with trial initiation and recruitment, liaise with providers and patients, escalate data issues, and contribute product feedback and site relationship building.
