Manages front-of-house operations for a nursery, welcoming families, coordinating tours and schedules, supporting child settling-in, and maintaining strong parent relationships. Oversees kitchen and cleaning teams, rotas, budgets, procurement, invoices, supplies, occupancy, waiting lists, newsletters, and family events. Ensures the nursery remains safe, clean, organized, and well-maintained while supporting management and team performance.

Leads nursery operations across Birmingham and Wolverhampton, overseeing staffing, rotas, budgets, compliance, safeguarding, curriculum delivery, recruitment, team development, family partnerships, quality improvement, and reporting. The role supports multiple nursery teams, ensures safe and engaging learning environments, and drives operational excellence while meeting Ofsted requirements.
