Manage a mid-market portfolio across France, driving onboarding, adoption, training, renewals, expansion, and customer advocacy for Mytraffic’s AI-powered location intelligence platform. Lead business reviews, account planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate customer goals into workflows and use cases, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, and represent customer needs internally. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, AI enthusiasm, B2B SaaS customer success experience, and periodic client visits in Madrid or Barcelona.

Drives European freemium sign-ups and pipeline through editorial strategy, SEO/GEO content, social media, newsletters, videos, paid campaign creative, sponsorships, testimonials, and event coverage. Owns content across France, Spain, Germany, the UK, and Italy; manages freelancers and media partners; tracks reach, sign-ups, and pipeline in HubSpot; and reports monthly KPIs. Collaborates with marketing, sales, customer success, events, and operations teams.
