Own and build frontend features in Angular (with Lit HTML where applicable), integrate frontend with OpenAPI-defined backend services, make targeted FastAPI/Python backend changes, mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, and improve frontend observability, performance, and design-system consistency.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and platform infrastructure. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA to ensure availability, security, and CI/CD. Implement APIs (OpenAPI/FastAPI), improve observability and performance, manage database changes, mentor junior engineers, and document systems and processes.

Partners with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, performance, engagement, talent development, and employee relations. Leads People programs, complex employee cases, organizational change, and cross-functional projects. Uses people data to guide decisions, ensures compliance with Dutch employment law, and supports scalable employee experiences across an international organization.

Implement API-first workflows (OpenAPI/FastAPI), improve database schemas and migrations, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers. Contribute to CI/CD, documentation, and platform architecture.

Lead and grow the Real-World Data team, develop and execute RWD collection strategy for EAPs and non-interventional studies, support clients with eCRF and database setup, author RWD policies/SOPs, represent the company externally, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
