Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver reliable, secure, high-performance services. Own domain APIs, improve observability and database performance, implement robust API contracts, document systems, and mentor junior engineers. The role uses FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, MySQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and related cloud-native technologies.

Own and build frontend features in Angular (with Lit HTML where applicable), integrate frontend with OpenAPI-defined backend services, make targeted FastAPI/Python backend changes, mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, and improve frontend observability, performance, and design-system consistency.

People Business Partner advising senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, succession planning, and organizational change. The role combines strategic people partnership with hands-on execution, data-driven insights, policy compliance, and cross-functional People projects in an international scale-up.

Leads real-world data collection for Expanded Access Programs and non-interventional studies. Coordinates clients, physicians, sites, and internal teams; monitors data quality, completion, discrepancies, and regulatory compliance. Maintains SOPs, templates, and study documentation while identifying process improvements and collaborating with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Commercial teams.
