As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the DevOps, Security, and Data Engineering teams, driving technical strategy and best practices while ensuring compliance and robust software solutions. You will also be responsible for team management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and aligning engineering goals with business objectives.

Partners with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, performance, engagement, talent development, and employee relations. Leads People programs, complex employee cases, organizational change, and cross-functional projects. Uses people data to guide decisions, ensures compliance with Dutch employment law, and supports scalable employee experiences across an international organization.

Run and protect the delivery rhythm for Infrastructure and Security teams: facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain and communicate the team roadmap, triage stakeholder requests, surface delivery risks, support transitional access management operations, and assist the Engineering Manager with cross-functional communication and reporting.
