Design, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and platform infrastructure. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA to ensure availability, security, and CI/CD. Implement APIs (OpenAPI/FastAPI), improve observability and performance, manage database changes, mentor junior engineers, and document systems and processes.

Lead cross-functional operational excellence initiatives: analyze processes, design and implement scalable improvements, embed AI/automation, manage CSV/GxP implementations, create documentation and training, track KPIs, and drive stakeholder adoption.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the DevOps, Security, and Data Engineering teams, driving technical strategy and best practices while ensuring compliance and robust software solutions. You will also be responsible for team management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
