Own end-to-end development of business-critical dashboards and reports, analyze data from SQL and NoSQL sources, and deliver executive-ready insights. Partner with Data Engineering on data quality, pipelines, and models; monitor KPIs across programs, funnels, and revenue; identify trends and bottlenecks; mentor junior analysts; and promote self-service reporting across the organization.

Own and build frontend features in Angular (with Lit HTML where applicable), integrate frontend with OpenAPI-defined backend services, make targeted FastAPI/Python backend changes, mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, and improve frontend observability, performance, and design-system consistency.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and platform infrastructure. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA to ensure availability, security, and CI/CD. Implement APIs (OpenAPI/FastAPI), improve observability and performance, manage database changes, mentor junior engineers, and document systems and processes.
