Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mysten Labs' first-party DeFi products (DeepBook suite). Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, BD, marketing, and partners to drive liquidity, usage, and institutional adoption. Define and track core metrics, build relationships with market makers and ecosystem participants, and launch responsible, scalable DeFi experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own the design lifecycle from research to production, work on consumer and developer products, and shape design systems.

The Senior Product Designer will manage the complete design process for various products, focusing on user research, prototyping, and collaboration with teams to deliver high-quality designs using modern design tools, including AI.

The Technical Program Manager will oversee product and partner initiatives at Mysten Labs, driving project delivery and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Lead end-to-end product design across consumer and developer products: research, interaction and visual design, interactive prototyping, and production-ready specs. Scale and maintain design systems, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and advocate for users using research and data. Work spans wallet UX to developer consoles with an emphasis on AI-augmented design tools and web3 product challenges.

Own partnership sourcing, negotiation, and deal execution to drive adoption of Walrus across AI and Web3 ecosystems. Build relationships with AI builders, data vendors, compute networks, and web3 partners; lead contract negotiations; and manage cross-functional integration from signing through execution.
