Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack decentralized applications for blockchain developers and business partners. Translate partner needs into technical requirements, build proof-of-concept solutions on Sui, create web UIs, research blockchain and industry applications, and contribute to open-source projects. Collaborate with international partners, use AI coding tools, and maintain high standards for software quality, security, and maintainability.

Lead the design vision and end-to-end experience for DeepBook and related DeFi products, including trading, liquidity, margin, prediction markets, onboarding, transaction signing, portfolios, and risk workflows. Build and mentor a design team, remain hands-on with critical product flows, establish scalable design systems and research practices, and partner with product, engineering, legal, security, and ecosystem teams to improve adoption, execution quality, retention, and user trust.

Lead and grow an engineering team building Sui wallet and DeFi experiences across web, browser extension, iOS, Android, backend services, and SDKs. Set technical direction for key management, signing, transactions, dApp connectivity, and asset management. Improve architecture, testing, observability, release safety, incident response, and security while partnering with product, design, protocol, and ecosystem teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly onchain products.

Own and advise on corporate governance, strategic transactions, investments, restructurings, financings, subsidiary governance, employment and compensation matters. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, draft and negotiate legal documents, assess business and legal risks, and improve corporate legal processes. The role requires independent ownership, strong corporate law expertise, executive communication, and willingness to address novel issues in a fast-moving blockchain company.

Own partnership sourcing, negotiation, and deal execution to drive adoption of Walrus across AI and Web3 ecosystems. Build relationships with AI builders, data vendors, compute networks, and web3 partners; lead contract negotiations; and manage cross-functional integration from signing through execution.
