Translate strategy into tangible results, make timely decisions with imperfect data, and strengthen team performance.

Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to increase conversions and repeat purchases. Use analytics to identify funnel leaks, run A/B tests across site, email and promotions, improve product pages and checkout flows, lead CRM and lifecycle initiatives, and coordinate with marketing, supply and tech to implement growth tactics that drive revenue.
