This isn’t a "post pretty pics on Instagram and hope for the best" role. We need someone who can dive into the numbers, turn clicks into sales, and still laugh when Meta changes the algorithm… again.

At MyRunway, we bring designer brands to savvy South Africans at unbeatable prices and we need a Digital Marketing Coordinator to make sure everyone knows it.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Launch campaigns that matter: Google, Meta, TikTok, email… if people see it, you made it irresistible.

• Dive into data: Figure out why someone ditched a cart at 2 a.m. and fix it. Or better, make sure it never happens again.

• Be a performance detective: CTRs, CPCs, ROAS, you’ll know them like your favorite Netflix show.

• Team collaboration: Work with creatives to make content that looks fire and converts.

• SEO & content wizardry: Make sure MyRunway shows up everywhere people are looking.

• Experiment like a mad scientist: Automation, AI tools, programmatic ads, if it can work, you’ll test it.

• Bridge builder: Product, dev, ops, creative, make campaigns land across all corners of the company.

What we need from you:

• A marketing degree/diploma

• 3+ years running digital campaigns (bonus if e-commerce experience).

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems.

• A knack for storytelling through numbers and visuals.

• Creative, curious, and unafraid to question the status quo.
