Supports the Driller in safe and efficient onshore or offshore drilling operations. Operates and monitors derrick and travelling equipment, handles tubulars from the monkey board, maintains drilling-fluid systems, conducts inspections, assists with maintenance and rigging, and participates in well-control and emergency activities. The role requires strict compliance with HSE procedures, permits, job safety analyses, PPE requirements, and drilling regulations.

Leads commercial growth and business development across marine logistics and offshore services. Identifies and converts opportunities, manages client relationships, tenders, proposals, pricing, negotiations, vessel chartering and deployment strategies. Provides market intelligence and commercial performance reporting to management while securing profitable contracts and expanding client accounts.

Control and monitor personnel, visitors, vehicles, and materials entering/leaving the facility. Verify IDs and permits, maintain access records, monitor access systems and restricted areas, report incidents, support emergency mustering, and comply with HSE and security procedures.
