Manage crewing functions including recruitment, manpower planning, crew mobilization/rotation, document verification, crew database updates, payroll support, statutory certificate renewals, onboarding, exit interviews, grievance handling, and coordination with manning agents and medical/HMO providers to ensure vessels are manned with qualified seafarers.

Lead the internal audit function, develop and execute a risk-based audit plan, assess risks, oversee audit testing, report to the Board, ensure compliance, coordinate with external auditors, and drive implementation of recommendations.

The Business Development Lead will identify new business opportunities, develop growth strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue in LPG haulage operations.
