Control and monitor personnel, visitors, vehicles, and materials entering/leaving the facility. Verify IDs and permits, maintain access records, monitor access systems and restricted areas, report incidents, support emergency mustering, and comply with HSE and security procedures.

Provide on-rig primary and emergency medical care, maintain clinic and medical records, manage supplies and medications, conduct health assessments, support evacuations, participate in drills, and ensure HSE medical compliance onboard.
