Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java/Spring applications; participate in full SDLC, code reviews, CI/CD, and mentor engineers while working in agile teams.

Manage and configure customer portals on the MyPass platform to meet customer requirements and SLAs. Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding issues, set billing configurations, maintain CRM data, and ensure portals are functional and compliant. Provide prompt support and document changes throughout the onboarding process.

The Principal Customer Success Manager handles high-value enterprise accounts, mentors the CSM team, and contributes to strategy while managing complex customer relationships.
