Serve as the clinic's first point of contact, delivering exceptional client service across phone, in-person, and written channels; manage scheduling, bookings, waitlists, billing and documentation; maintain clinic operations and supplies; support client follow-ups, marketing initiatives, and smooth team shift transitions while helping shape the client experience and clinic culture.

Lead end-to-end payroll and benefits for Canada and the U.S., ensure regulatory compliance, manage worker’s compensation and benefits carriers, execute onboarding/offboarding and HRIS maintenance, partner with Finance for reconciliations, and build payroll SOPs to deliver accurate, timely payroll and a seamless employee experience.
