Provide one-on-one physiotherapy, apply clinical reasoning, develop client action plans, build referral-based caseloads, participate in mentorship and education, collaborate with clinic leadership and front desk staff, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

Serve as the clinic's first point of contact, delivering exceptional client service across phone, in-person, and written channels; manage scheduling, bookings, waitlists, billing and documentation; maintain clinic operations and supplies; support client follow-ups, marketing initiatives, and smooth team shift transitions while helping shape the client experience and clinic culture.

Provides one-to-one physiotherapy care, using clinical reasoning to assess clients, deliver treatment, and create personalized action plans. The role includes building a caseload through referral outreach, participating in mentorship and continuing education, collaborating with clinic leadership and front desk staff, supporting team development, and contributing to clinic events and culture. This is a part-time contractor position with Monday, Thursday/Friday, and Saturday shift availability.
