Manage onboarding, configuration changes, integrations, and upgrades for dealership clients using myKaarma products. Serve as primary client liaison, troubleshoot cross-functionally, document requirements, improve deployment processes, and support training and post-implementation needs to enhance customer satisfaction.

Support day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable, reconciliations, month- and year-end close support, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, SOFTEX, STPI), audit coordination, expense processing, cash flow reporting, and improving accounting processes and internal controls under the Finance & Accounting Manager.

Deliver role-specific training to dealership fixed-ops staff on myKaarma's SLT product suite, act as an SME for product and dealership processes, run multiple daily training sessions, document outcomes, schedule follow-ups, complete product activations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Support global HR operations across the US, Canada, and India: maintain employee records and HRIS, manage onboarding/offboarding, track compliance and leaves, coordinate audits, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to scale People functions.

The role involves full-cycle recruiting, focusing on engineering and corporate functions, improving hiring processes, and building relationships with hiring managers while adapting to changing demands.

Sell myKaarma SaaS solutions to automotive dealerships across a multi-state Eastern territory. Own full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to contract close, maintain Salesforce pipeline, build relationships with dealership decision-makers, and travel ~75% within the assigned territory.

Coordinate and execute go-to-market initiatives including campaigns, product rollouts, lifecycle programs, and events. Manage timelines, cross-functional alignment, campaign assets in marketing systems, leverage AI to improve workflows, maintain documentation, and support sales enablement and branded merchandise.
