Own the payments platform product area, including settlement, reconciliation, disputes, processor integrations, and reporting. Lead customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, requirements, execution, launches, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Manage product economics, quantify risks, and make commercially informed decisions.

Own a defined payments product area from discovery through launch, including settlement, reconciliation, disputes, integrations, or reporting. Conduct customer research, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, evaluate tradeoffs, measure outcomes, and manage product economics and risk. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions and continuously improve the product.

Build and operate reliable data engineering controls for reporting products, shared data models, semantic layers, and downstream feeds. Responsibilities include automated testing, CI/CD safeguards, data-quality monitoring, reconciliation, lineage, data contracts, governance, incident response, documentation, and mentoring. The role requires strong data modeling, cloud warehouse, dbt, semantic-layer, Python, and production reliability experience, with BigQuery and LookML preferred.
