Provide profitability-focused financial analysis and reporting. Design tools and reports, analyze selling prices, gross-to-net, product costs and FX impacts, support budgeting and forecasting, produce monthly/quarterly reports, reconcile data, build ad-hoc analyses, and support finance team and management with actionable insights.

Support instructional design and training administration by converting content into e-learning modules, building and organizing LMS content, producing product training videos, creating training materials (SOPs, presentations, PDFs), developing an LMS engagement calendar, and learning AI tools to streamline projects. On-site role with event support and light material handling.

Responsible for global tax compliance, reporting, planning, and accounting across income, sales/use, VAT/GST, franchise, and property taxes. Prepare federal tax computations, manage tax filings and reconciliations, support audits, liaise with outsourced providers, assist with transfer pricing and tax software/ERP implementations, perform tax research, and drive process improvements.

Provide maintenance and support for SAP SD and EDI landscape, monitor Sterling B2B, manage integrations (ShipERP, Bartender), troubleshoot issues, perform operational SD tasks (mass order loads, outputs, smartforms), onboard carriers, and support SAP environment improvements and projects.

Supervise Rx QA operations in an optical lab, ensure products meet ANSI and company quality standards, manage staff performance/attendance, investigate redos/breakage, implement process improvements, train QA team, coordinate with international offices, and facilitate cross-shift meetings to drive productivity and reduce defects.

Lead and manage all operational, logistical, and administrative functions of Maui Jim's Chennai distribution center. Oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory, repairs, customer order processing, reporting, budgeting, compliance, vendor relationships, and staff leadership to ensure efficient service and alignment with global corporate standards.
