Leads frame repair support by resolving escalated customer inquiries, coaching and training repair technicians, reviewing repair quality, and supporting department performance goals. Provide profitability-focused financial analysis and reporting. Design tools and reports, analyze selling prices, gross-to-net, product costs and FX impacts, support budgeting and forecasting, produce monthly/quarterly reports, reconcile data, build ad-hoc analyses, and support finance team and management with actionable insights.
