Leads enterprise analytics development and reporting, with primary responsibility for Tableau and emerging Power BI capabilities. Partners with executives and business teams to translate analytical needs into data models, dashboards, reports, and predictive operational metrics. Oversees Tableau content, visualization standards, quality controls, lifecycle management, external development resources, and self-service analytics adoption. Performs analysis across sales, finance, field activity, and supply chain while advising the organization on analytics strategy and data storytelling.

Provides day-to-day HR support across recruiting, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, HRIS records, compliance, and policy administration. Supports managers and employees, maintains accurate confidential records, coordinates workers’ compensation and employee separations, prepares HR reports, and assists with engagement, training, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Maintains material master data for marketing materials, packaging, POP, and Zeal Optics. Collects and validates data using SAP, Excel, and Access; coordinates data requests, supports legacy-system conversion, tests SAP enhancements, resolves data issues, and improves automation and data quality. Works cross-functionally with global teams and serves as backup to the Master Data Analyst.
