Coordinates outbound order flow and warehouse fulfillment by preparing picking batches, creating waves and delivery orders, monitoring processing, resolving back-orders, printing labels and stickers, and updating shipment routing. Designs and delivers blended learning, onboarding, product, optical, and continuing education programs for sales teams and retail partners. Develops instructional content, supports product launches and technical marketing campaigns, manages training initiatives, coordinates schedules and LMS content, provides product support, and evaluates program effectiveness. The role facilitates seminars, workshops, webinars, and in-person events across North America, requiring collaboration with subject matter experts, marketing, sales, vendors, and external partners.

Provides administrative and customer-facing support to sales accounts and field account executives. Responsibilities include setting up accounts in SAP, processing orders and incentives, managing display and marketing material requests, supporting B2B access and training platforms, troubleshooting account and shipping issues, maintaining reports, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
