Manage wholesale customer relationships and territory sales for an auto glass distributor. Responsibilities include recruiting customers, growing existing accounts, identifying market opportunities, presenting products, developing territory plans, addressing customer needs and complaints, coordinating with branch and sales teams, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales growth. The role requires approximately 20% or more travel within the assigned territory.

Maintains financial records through journal entries, account reconciliations, tax and rebate processing, compliance filings, audit support, and month-end close activities. The role manages business licenses and permits, supports budgeting and forecasting projects, analyzes financial reports, and collaborates with branches and finance team members. Advanced Excel proficiency and strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Manages IT and enterprise projects from conception through delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, status reports, risk assessments, and requirements documentation. Partners with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, document workflows, support change management, and recommend process improvements. Facilitates meetings, communicates project status and risks, delivers executive presentations, and coordinates multiple active projects using collaboration tools. Travel up to 20% is required.
