Manages IT and enterprise projects from conception through delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, status reports, risk assessments, and requirements documentation. Partners with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, document workflows, support change management, and recommend process improvements. Facilitates meetings, communicates project status and risks, delivers executive presentations, and coordinates multiple active projects using collaboration tools. Travel up to 20% is required.

Analyzes competitor, market, customer, product cost, and selling-price data to develop competitive pricing strategies. Creates and maintains pricing templates and reports, evaluates pricing adjustments, identifies profit-improvement opportunities, and supports customer account pricing. Collaborates with Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to recommend regional pricing actions, quantify impacts, streamline processes, and communicate findings to leadership.

Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, stage, and load automotive glass and related products. Maintain accurate inventory, process shipments, returns, warranties, and transfer documentation, and operate material-handling equipment safely. Support customer pickups, deliveries, branch maintenance, and equipment monitoring while meeting quality, safety, and KPI standards.

Develops and converts engineered packaging sales opportunities while providing technical support to customers. Responsibilities include understanding packaging requirements, creating concepts, prototypes, drawings, specifications, and presentations; managing testing, validation, and commercialization; supporting engineering changes and design modifications; identifying cost, freight, sustainability, and continuous-improvement opportunities; and building customer pipelines in partnership with Sales and engineering leadership.

Manage and grow sales across a designated territory by recruiting new customers, developing existing accounts, identifying market opportunities, promoting automotive glass products and services, and implementing sales strategies. Build customer relationships, resolve service issues, maintain CRM records, coordinate with branch and sales teams, and travel throughout the territory to support account growth.

Selects, receives, inspects, stores, counts, packs, stages, and loads automotive glass products using warehouse equipment and RFID technology. Processes customer orders, transfers, returns, warranty paperwork, and shipping documentation. Assists with customer pickups and local deliveries, maintains inventory accuracy, follows safety procedures, and keeps warehouse areas organized. Requires physical handling of glass and operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Selects, receives, inspects, stocks, packs, stages, and ships automotive glass and related products. Operates material-handling equipment safely, maintains accurate inventory, documents shipment discrepancies and damages, processes returns and warranty paperwork, loads delivery vehicles, assists customers, and may drive company vehicles for deliveries or transfers. The role requires warehouse experience, physical strength, safety awareness, accurate documentation, teamwork, and flexibility for shifts or overtime.
