Owns the business conduct compliance program, including advertising and claims review, affiliate and influencer oversight, customer disclosures, complaints, trader conduct, AML/KYC controls, monitoring, investigations, training, and regulatory reporting. Hands-on accounting role focused on FP&A and financial reporting across multiple entities. Support month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting/rolling forecasts in Vena, KPI and management reporting, cash flow forecasting, payroll and tax support, ad hoc financial modeling in Excel, and process improvement to build scalable, audit-ready finance operations.

Lead end-to-end organic growth across SEO and AEO: run technical audits, build AI-citable content, manage keyword strategy, link-building, competitive analysis, and report organic performance tied to business impact while partnering with Content and Web teams to implement SEO and structured data.
