Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering projects: scope, sequence, track, and ship work. Translate product and executive priorities into executable plans, run agile cadences, remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project health, and own technical documentation and process rigor across trading platform, prop firm, and brokerage initiatives.

Lead product strategy and roadmap across trading platforms and funding programs. Translate executive priorities into prioritized workstreams, partner with Engineering to ship features, own trader-facing platform experience, track KPIs, manage vendor/platform risks, and simplify complex trading mechanics into clear product decisions.

Lead end-to-end partnerships: identify, pitch, negotiate, close, and manage strategic partners across fintech, data, and co-marketing. Build pipeline, structure deals, track ROI, represent the company at events, and align partnerships with marketing and executive priorities to drive recurring growth.

Lead and execute full-funnel marketing: brand, content, web, partnerships, and growth. Manage a small specialist team, own acquisition and funnel performance across paid, organic, and partnerships, set campaign roadmaps, and align marketing strategy with executive priorities to grow the funded trader audience.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Monitor daily cash and treasury operations, perform bank reconciliations, assist with payments and intercompany transactions, maintain treasury and accrual schedules, and help implement process improvements and internal controls.

Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, budgeting and rolling forecasts, KPI and management reporting, cash flow forecasting, payroll accounting support, and FP&A analyses using Excel and Vena across multiple entities to build scalable, audit-ready finance processes.

Lead content and brand strategy across social, web, video, and community to grow MFFU's brand and organic engagement. Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business priorities into timely, educational, and shareable content. Coach creators and build repeatable content frameworks that drive community growth, consistent storytelling, and measurable business outcomes.
