Own lifecycle marketing, automation, loyalty program execution, and HubSpot administration. Build and optimize customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement; manage segmentation, personalization, reporting, integrations, and data flows. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BI, and Marketing teams to improve campaign performance, loyalty participation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through automation and analytics.

Develop, validate, maintain, and monitor machine learning models and data pipelines. Analyze forecasting, experimentation, and statistical problems, document model assumptions and limitations, and explain results to non-technical stakeholders. The role involves cloud data platforms, productionizing models, and contributing to model validation and monitoring standards while partnering with data science, analytics, and business teams.

Own day-to-day tax operations across a growing, multi-entity organization, including SALT, sales and use tax, GRT/VAT, income tax provisions, 1099 reporting, transfer pricing coordination, audits, notices, compliance, and tax planning. Build scalable tax processes, controls, governance, and advisor relationships while managing multistate and cross-border obligations and communicating risks to leadership.

Lead end-to-end organic growth across SEO and AEO: run technical audits, build AI-citable content, manage keyword strategy, link-building, competitive analysis, and report organic performance tied to business impact while partnering with Content and Web teams to implement SEO and structured data.

Own QA gate for releases: maintain staging, run E2E and regression tests, integrate automation into CI, perform production smoke tests, file and triage Jira bugs, support UAT, and document test plans and environment quirks to ensure trading platform quality.
