Own lifecycle marketing, automation, loyalty program execution, and HubSpot administration. Build and optimize customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement; manage segmentation, personalization, reporting, integrations, and data flows. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BI, and Marketing teams to improve campaign performance, loyalty participation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through automation and analytics.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, media companies, educators, trading communities, tools, platforms, and software providers. Negotiate commercial agreements, own partnership revenue targets, design performance-based deals, track ROI and profitability, optimize partner performance, expand brand visibility, coordinate campaigns, onboard partners, and report pipeline and results to leadership.

Owns the business conduct compliance program, including advertising and claims review, affiliate and influencer oversight, customer disclosures, complaints, trader conduct, AML/KYC controls, monitoring, investigations, training, and regulatory reporting. Partners with marketing, product, legal, risk, trading operations, engineering, finance, and support to embed compliance into customer-facing processes and product development.
