Troubleshoot database alarms, availability, performance, scalability, and complex SQL issues for customers. Manage SLA tickets, communicate through messaging channels and client calls, handle escalations, create runbooks and technical documentation, maintain operational records, and complete assigned monthly goals.

Lead the architecture, performance, reliability, and scalability of PostgreSQL production environments. Design high-availability and disaster-recovery systems, define backup and failover protocols, manage migrations and upgrades, and collaborate on cloud automation. Troubleshoot complex database issues, implement monitoring and observability, mentor DBAs, engage customers, present technical solutions, and establish database best practices.

Maintain and troubleshoot customer MySQL databases, resolve alerts, optimize SQL queries and indexes, manage backups and replication, tune Linux performance, and address availability issues. The role includes customer performance calls, documentation, escalation support, mentoring junior database engineers, monitoring with PMM, Prometheus, and Grafana, and maintaining operational processes. This is a full-time, office-based position in Bangalore.
