Lead and grow multidisciplinary hardware teams to design, validate, and commercialize wearable medical platforms. Own hardware architecture, systems integration, regulatory compliance, manufacturability, verification/validation, and supplier/manufacturing partnerships to deliver reliable, scalable biometric garments from concept through production.

Lead and scale Myant Health’s patient-facing call center: manage team performance, onboarding, requisitions, inventory workflows, SOPs, KPIs, quality assurance, cross-functional escalations, and continuous improvement across multilingual, multi-jurisdictional operations.

Support Partner Success Managers to onboard and assist clinic partners and patients. Coordinate shipments, inventory, orders, and billing. Maintain CRM and support systems, process monitoring orders, escalate issues, assist reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement across operations and customer experience.

Lead design of mixed-signal, ultra-low-power wearable electronics from concept through validation. Design AFEs for biosignals, multi-layer PCBs, BMS, integrate microcontrollers and wireless modules, perform board bring-up and debugging, and collaborate cross-functionally for production readiness and regulatory alignment.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable cloud services and REST APIs using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot. Act as technical lead: own architecture, mentor developers, ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance for healthcare and research applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, document systems, and support delivery of clinical-grade, cloud-based software.

Lead quality lifecycle for medical application and firmware: perform root-cause forensic analysis, execute deep-system HIL test suites, validate firmware/software updates, establish field-to-engineering feedback, maintain complaint handling and regulatory documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
