Build relationships with CEOs, CHROs, benefits leaders, brokers, insurers, and strategic partners; identify, develop, and close high-value enterprise opportunities; create commercial business cases; manage pipeline and revenue targets; and expand programs across employees and families. The role focuses on new business development and category creation in employer health, digital health, occupational health, and employee benefits.

Handle inbound customer complaints and inquiries through calls and email, resolve issues promptly, document customer interactions, escalate complex concerns, collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience, and meet KPIs such as SLAs and CSAT. The role requires customer support experience, Zendesk and CRM familiarity, strong communication, organization, initiative, and reliable remote-work equipment and internet connectivity.

Own Myant’s public websites, including hosting, SEO, analytics, accessibility, privacy, and performance. Develop responsive React and Next.js applications for clinician and patient connected-health platforms. Integrate backend APIs, improve scalability and Core Web Vitals, maintain testing and documentation, make web-stack decisions, mentor developers, and work within regulated medical-device software processes. Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketing, and backend teams while applying AI-assisted development tools responsibly.

Designs and develops wearable electromechanical medical devices from concept through prototyping, verification, validation, and manufacturing transfer. Integrates biosignal sensors, builds prototypes and test fixtures, conducts experiments, analyzes data using MATLAB or Python, and documents design controls, risk assessments, FMEA, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering, clinical, manufacturing, and supplier teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver compliant healthcare products.

Design and develop miniaturized analog and mixed-signal PCBs for wearable biosignal recording and electrical-stimulation medical devices. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, power and RF design, high-voltage circuitry, board bring-up, embedded C firmware, test automation, laboratory debugging, design verification, manufacturing support, documentation, and compliance activities. The engineer will collaborate with firmware, mechanical, textile, systems, and clinical teams throughout product development.
