Designs and develops wearable electromechanical medical devices from concept through prototyping, verification, validation, and manufacturing transfer. Integrates biosignal sensors, builds prototypes and test fixtures, conducts experiments, analyzes data using MATLAB or Python, and documents design controls, risk assessments, FMEA, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering, clinical, manufacturing, and supplier teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver compliant healthcare products.

Design and develop miniaturized analog and mixed-signal PCBs for wearable biosignal recording and electrical-stimulation medical devices. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, power and RF design, high-voltage circuitry, board bring-up, embedded C firmware, test automation, laboratory debugging, design verification, manufacturing support, documentation, and compliance activities. The engineer will collaborate with firmware, mechanical, textile, systems, and clinical teams throughout product development.
