Own the end-to-end quality strategy for a connected healthcare platform, prioritizing patient safety, privacy, security, and reliability. Build and maintain web, mobile, and API test automation; define release criteria; test access controls and AI-powered features; create evaluation datasets and synthetic test data; integrate testing into CI/CD; investigate failures and defects; and mentor engineering and QA teams on quality practices and responsible AI-assisted testing.

Lead national sales and business development for cardiology, hospitals, and hospital-at-home opportunities across Canada. Build healthcare partnerships, open and close new accounts, expand existing health-system relationships, and promote connected cardiac care, remote monitoring, and hospital-to-home models. Develop scalable account strategies, manage pipeline and targets, collaborate with clinical and product teams, and provide market insights to shape offerings and go-to-market strategy.

Lead national employer sales for Myant Health’s Best Employer Program. Build relationships with CEOs, CHROs, benefits leaders, brokers, insurers, and strategic partners; identify, develop, and close high-value enterprise opportunities; create commercial business cases; manage pipeline and revenue targets; and expand programs across employees and families. The role focuses on new business development and category creation in employer health, digital health, occupational health, and employee benefits.
