Coordinate and support municipal council and clerk's office: prepare and organize meetings, draft and revise minutes, manage official records and follow up on resolutions, provide administrative and regulatory support, liaise with elected officials, staff and citizens, and oversee document management.

Lead and prioritize municipal infrastructure projects and investments across roads, drainage, water and wastewater, buildings, active mobility, and recreational facilities. Provide technical advice to senior leadership and council, manage project delivery, prepare technical documents, tenders and funding applications, and support asset management and capital planning. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Lead operational HR activities and help build foundational HR practices: coordinate recruitment, support employee relations, advise managers, drive organizational development and change, act as HR point of contact, and contribute to process modernization and HR decisions.
