Manages municipal drinking water, wastewater, and related infrastructure services. Leads a unionized team of ten, oversees daily operations, budgets, maintenance reliability, regulatory compliance, contractors, emergency response, performance indicators, staff development, and infrastructure investment projects. The role supports strategic planning and continuous improvement while ensuring service continuity, efficient resource use, and effective resolution of operational problems.

Provide emergency nursing care: plan, organize, deliver and evaluate patient care in the ED; continuously monitor patients, anticipate complications, intervene rapidly in emergencies, assist with transfers, and work rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a forensic psychiatry unit, working in interdisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation, community reintegration, quality improvement, and patient safety. Work rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts in a modern clinical setting, participate in training, and support complex psychiatric patient needs.
