The Substation Planner III prepares work packages for construction and maintenance, monitors project progress, and coordinates resources, ensuring efficient operations within the transmission section.

The EMS Administrator leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Energy Management Systems, ensuring regulatory compliance (NERC/CIP). Responsibilities include project execution, team mentoring, system upgrades, and performance monitoring of EMS platforms.

Operate as a 24x7 Senior Reliability Coordinator to monitor and mitigate transmission congestion and bulk electric system risks. Maintain situational awareness, execute critical decisions during unplanned events, complete required NERC/RC certifications, and contribute to process improvements while working a six-week rotating 12-hour day/night schedule.

Supports the ERM program by identifying, analyzing, and quantifying risks. Maintains the enterprise risk register, conducts qualitative and quantitative assessments, builds models, designs KRI frameworks, prepares reports and dashboards, facilitates workshops, tracks mitigation actions, coordinates with stakeholders (audit, compliance, legal, finance), and manages small ERM projects.

Perform power system modeling and studies to support generation interconnections and system planning. Review interconnection applications for compliance with NERC and company standards, run powerflow and transfer analyses, develop tools and procedures, communicate results to stakeholders, track milestones, and recommend solutions to system issues.

Lead enterprise risk identification, assessment, and reporting. Design quantitative models (VaR, sensitivity analysis), scenario planning, and stress tests. Advise senior leadership, develop ERM frameworks and policies, coordinate cross-functional mitigation, mentor analysts, and manage multi-workstream ERM projects and executive-level risk communications.

The Power Systems Engineer supports the integration of large loads, reviews interconnection studies, analyzes load behaviors, and develops tools for reliability. Roles range from entry-level to senior, based on experience.

Manage IT and business projects with oversight on performance, cost, schedule, and quality. Lead diverse teams, develop project proposals, and utilize project management methodologies for successful delivery.
