Advise on complex audit matters and large-scale projects; supervise and train staff; develop and review financial models; recommend accounting treatments and interpret policy; support finance for acquisitions and major projects, review data room materials, identify US GAAP issues, and assist Energy/Pipeline Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Support NERC CIP compliance through standards tracking, evidence gathering, audits, spot checks, and controls assessments. Review standards, develop remediation and work instructions, prepare for regional/NERC audits, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain compliance documentation and tools.

Manage IT and business projects with oversight on performance, cost, schedule, and quality. Lead diverse teams, develop project proposals, and utilize project management methodologies for successful delivery.
