Provides advanced database administration across Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL in regulated, business-critical environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, replication management with Oracle GoldenGate, high availability and disaster recovery, performance tuning, backup and recovery, patching, schema coordination, compliance support, and automation using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools. The role also manages incidents and changes, supports data center switchovers, contributes to capacity planning and root cause analysis, and provides technical guidance to peers.

Leads IT and business projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, documentation, testing, governance, stakeholder communications, and project signoff. Coordinates technical teams, monitors deliverables and performance, manages changes, ensures adherence to migration and testing processes, and reports project status to management and clients.

Support and develop on-premises and cloud Microsoft applications across the full software lifecycle. Build integrations, design/configure applications, troubleshoot production issues, remediate vulnerabilities, follow change management, and transfer knowledge to users and technical staff.
