Manage development and maintenance of cost- and resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for large water/wastewater construction projects. Plan preconstruction through commissioning, analyze impacts and risks, prepare weekly/monthly updates and Time Impact Analyses, communicate changes to stakeholders, mentor schedulers, and support billing and change notice preparation.

Develop, update, and maintain construction CPM schedules; cost- and resource-load schedules; analyze impacts, float, and change orders; prepare time-impact analyses and reports; produce network logic diagrams and bar charts; provide scheduling training/support; and travel to Northeast project sites to assist project teams.

Lead and manage water and wastewater construction projects (CM-at-Risk, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build) from preconstruction through closeout. Provide leadership to engineers and field teams, ensure projects meet performance, quality, safety, and financial objectives.

Provide technical support for preconstruction and construction of water/wastewater projects: subcontractor procurement, quality inspections, drawings, RFIs, schedules, document controls, change orders, quantity takeoffs, and project reporting to ensure safe, on-time, compliant delivery.

Install, align, rig, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment on construction sites. Read blueprints, set baseplates, align shafts, install vibration isolation, and move heavy equipment using hoists and rigging. Perform lubrication, assembly, and use hand and power tools while following OSHA safety practices.

Oversee and maintain project quality control programs for heavy civil and industrial construction projects. Review drawings and submittals, schedule and document inspections and tests, generate QC reports and non-conformance notices, lead investigations and corrective actions, mentor junior staff, and act as primary quality point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure contract and industry standard compliance.

Provide deskside and remote IT support for Windows devices and Office 365 services, manage device lifecycle and identity (Azure AD), troubleshoot networking, automate tasks with scripting, document solutions, and travel occasionally to West Coast sites.

Manage and administer project systems for a wastewater construction project: configure approved software, provide training and support, build dashboards and reports, ensure compliance, troubleshoot systems, coordinate with teams and vendors, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities across the project lifecycle.

Lead and deliver large water and wastewater construction projects (CMAR, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build). Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, subcontract procurement, change management, cost forecasting, safety compliance, and client/A&E coordination. Provide leadership and technical support to project engineers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and company standards.

Develop and maintain cost- and resource-loaded project schedules (Primavera P6) for large water/wastewater projects. Plan preconstruction through commissioning, analyze site and schedule data, estimate durations/resources, identify and mitigate schedule risks, update and align schedules, prepare Time Impact Analyses and change notices, support invoice generation, and lead/mentor junior schedulers and coordinators on-site.

Support electrical scope on a wastewater treatment plant: manage subcontractors, review submittals, perform inspections, generate drawings, track RFIs/submittals/pay applications, support estimating, schedule and cost control, ensure NEC/code compliance and safety.

Install, align, cut, connect, and cover sanitary and stormwater pipes for a wastewater treatment plant. Dig trenches, check slopes and grades, use lasers/levels, coordinate with equipment operators and crews, and perform safety-compliant pipe laying and related tasks.

Provide electrical engineering support for a wastewater treatment construction project: manage subcontractors, inspect installations for NEC compliance, prepare submittals/as-builts, generate drawings, track RFIs/submittals, support estimating and scheduling, and ensure safety and documentation control.

Lead and manage project safety for water and wastewater construction projects. Ensure compliance with OSHA and consensus standards, perform site inspections/audits, develop control plans and training, supervise safety staff, conduct IH sampling oversight, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and operations to mitigate hazards and implement corrective actions.

Manage and implement project quality management for a large water treatment construction project: inspect work for compliance with drawings, specs and codes; create testing plans; perform and document inspections; track KPIs; provide coaching and quality training; coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and engineering to resolve constructability and compliance issues.

Provide field engineering support for civil/structural/earthworks on a WWTP project: construction layout, inspections, submittals, quantity takeoffs, document control, RFI management, change orders, schedule and progress reporting, and on-site support to supervision and craft labor.

Develop, update, and maintain the comprehensive project schedule for a large WWTP project. Analyze schedule impacts, ensure contract and company compliance, prepare monthly reports, advise team members on scheduling tools and best practices, and support change notice preparation.

Manage and oversee construction-related claims (liability, workers’ comp, property, subcontractor), investigate and document claims, coordinate with carriers, counsel, and project teams, analyze trends to mitigate risk, develop claims policies, prepare reports, and provide training and process improvements to protect company interests.
