Leads regional construction quality management for water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Oregon and Washington. Develops and implements quality management systems, project quality plans, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coaches project teams and subcontractors, manages quality documentation through Autodesk Construction Cloud, resolves compliance and constructability issues, and supports client relationships, project planning, risk management, and business development. Requires extensive construction and quality program experience, engineering or construction education, and significant regional travel.

Leads large, complex water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversees project safety, financial performance, schedules, procurement, contracts, risk, quality, and client relationships. Directs multidisciplinary teams, mentors project personnel, manages subcontractors and design partners, supports business development, and ensures projects meet contractual, budget, schedule, and performance objectives.

Oversee industrial and heavy civil construction projects from budgeting and scheduling through completion. Responsibilities include procurement, subcontractor negotiations, contract compliance, change orders, cost and schedule monitoring, payment requisitions, dispute resolution, safety oversight, site visits, client communication, and mentoring superintendents. The role manages multiple projects with annual volumes ranging from $15 million to $100 million.
