Manage development and maintenance of cost- and resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for large water/wastewater construction projects. Plan preconstruction through commissioning, analyze impacts and risks, prepare weekly/monthly updates and Time Impact Analyses, communicate changes to stakeholders, mentor schedulers, and support billing and change notice preparation.

Develop, update, and maintain construction CPM schedules; cost- and resource-load schedules; analyze impacts, float, and change orders; prepare time-impact analyses and reports; produce network logic diagrams and bar charts; provide scheduling training/support; and travel to Northeast project sites to assist project teams.

Support project management and supervision on water treatment construction projects: subcontractor coordination, procurement, quantity takeoffs, layout, inspections, documentation, RFIs, change orders, schedule and cost reporting, and implementation of project controls to ensure work meets drawings, specs, permits, and safety requirements.
