Educates project teams, coordinates with subcontractors, reviews VDC qualifications, and supports construction teams in implementing digital workflows and self-perform process systems.

Manage day-to-day corporate office operations, reception, supplies, vendors, equipment, records, meetings, executive support, and administrative workflows. Support HR with onboarding, employee records, interviews, engagement activities, compliance, and offboarding logistics. Maintain confidential information, coordinate office services, and oversee administrative projects while working onsite in Broomfield, Colorado.

Supports senior schedulers on wastewater construction projects by developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules. Reviews schedule impacts from project changes, assists with change notices, audits schedule compliance, prepares monthly reports, and provides software guidance. The role requires construction scheduling knowledge, Primavera P6 proficiency, strong communication skills, and domestic travel up to 50%.
