Supports showroom customers, house accounts, and outside sales through product guidance, pricing, order entry, availability checks, delivery coordination, lead follow-up, and issue resolution. Maintains customer relationships, assists with quotes and communications, coordinates fulfillment with sales and logistics teams, and keeps showroom displays organized. This onsite role also supports showroom meetings, trainings, and events.

Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying, and presenting Mutual Materials products across an assigned territory. Build and maintain client relationships and pipelines, support marketing campaigns, track activities in CRM, meet sales targets, and perform market research to identify opportunities. Travel locally within Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho; operate a company vehicle and represent the company professionally.
