On-site 6-month contract to develop and maintain production schedules, manage capacity and inventory, support new product introductions, monitor production metrics, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.

Support product team across data management, line plan, market research, stage-gate presentations, ECN review, packaging/manual coordination, and product setup. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain master line plan, record meeting notes, and improve product data quality and workflows.

Provide front-line phone and email support for Mustang Survival products using Zendesk, NetSuite, and Microsoft 365. Process orders, repairs, and account inquiries; communicate inventory and delivery updates; assist sales with quotes, new account setup, and upsell opportunities. Resolve tickets with empathy and accuracy while coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
