Oversee wellness and quality care for senior living residents, including supervising and training Resident Assistants, reviewing medication and care records, coordinating resident care, conducting assessments, updating service plans, supporting compliance audits, and managing regulatory requirements. The role also handles new resident onboarding, change-of-condition assessments, clinical quality assurance, and collaboration with internal and external care partners.

Supports the Executive Director in an assisted living and memory care community. Responsibilities include maintaining resident and employee records, updating Eldermark, coordinating assessments and services, supporting hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee reviews, compliance tracking, vendor relations, grocery and supply inventory, menu coordination, and delivery of supplies. The role also leads and trains caregivers and requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Leads sales strategy and community outreach for a senior living community, targeting 95%+ census and revenue goals. Builds relationships with families, prospects, and referral partners; manages inquiries through move-ins; coordinates with executive and marketing leadership; and represents the community through networking and presentations. Requires prior senior living sales experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Supports senior living community operations during transitions and interim Executive Director vacancies. Oversees daily operations, staff, financials, resident welfare, compliance, quality assurance, training, admissions, assessments, and service plans. Develops and implements policies, audits campus standards, supports recruitment and retention, resolves resident and family concerns, and assists with marketing, performance reviews, and special projects.
