Oversee day-to-day operations of an assisted living and memory care community: recruit, train, and supervise staff; ensure resident care standards and paperwork; manage resident programming; lead sales and marketing to achieve occupancy and control expenses to meet monthly budgets.

Lead community sales to achieve 95%+ census and revenue goals by developing strategies, converting inquiries to move-ins, building referral relationships, managing the move-in process, partnering with leadership and marketing, and representing the community in local outreach and networking. Requires prior senior living sales experience.
