Coordinate with execs, estimating, field teams, and stakeholders; represent the company in meetings and assume Project Engineer duties when needed.

Lead commercial mechanical piping projects (plumbing and HVAC) from pre-construction through closeout. Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, procurement, billing, subcontractors, and project teams while representing the company in meetings and ensuring quality and compliance.

Support HR operations across locations by administering benefits, managing onboarding and I-9s, coordinating recruitment and background checks, maintaining HRIS and employee records, assisting payroll/benefits reconciliation, and providing general administrative HR support.

Manage corporate office operations for a 5-story facility: vendor and facilities coordination, oversee reception/administrative staff, maintain office equipment and supplies, coordinate meetings and events, implement office policies and emergency protocols, and support employee engagement and company culture.

Support project management for commercial plumbing and mechanical piping projects: assist scheduling, manpower planning, coordination, reporting, administrative tasks, problem resolution, and data analysis to keep projects on time and on budget.

Support project managers on industrial mechanical and piping construction projects by coordinating schedules, manpower, budgets, documentation, reports, and administrative tasks; identify and help resolve schedule and site issues; prepare analyses and special reports.
