Provide administrative and planning support to Project Managers on commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects. Coordinate personnel, schedules, and budgets; prepare reports, letters, and analyses; process day-to-day administrative tasks; assist in identifying and resolving site issues and schedule conflicts; support use of construction software and project documentation.

Lead day-to-day IT service desk operations, assign and escalate complex tickets, provide advanced Windows and Office 365 support, manage AD, maintain asset inventory, produce reports, and drive process improvements.

Support project manager on mechanical projects including scheduling, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, procurement, change orders, documentation, safety compliance, and mentoring project engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain full-stack features for a custom internal web application. Work with React.js frontend, Node.js/Express backend, and Microsoft SQL Server. Design APIs, model data, implement security (auth/authz), integrate systems, optimize performance, and participate in testing and debugging to support timesheets, field ops, asset tracking, and project workflows.

Manage chart of accounts and prepare accurate financial statements. Perform reconciliations, maintain fixed asset/depreciation schedules, record journal entries, prepare audit and tax schedules, analyze balance sheet/income statement accounts, record investments, and support the CFO/Controller on special projects.

Lead and mentor an estimating team to produce accurate mechanical system bids (process piping, HVAC, sheet metal, plumbing). Manage takeoffs, subcontractor coordination, bid strategy, client outreach, budgets, change pricing, productivity tracking, and support project forecasts and recovery plans. Contribute to business development and present scopes during kickoffs.

Lead mechanical piping projects (plumbing, HVAC, process piping) from estimating through completion. Develop execution plans, enforce safety, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, billing, subcontractor invoices, and project reporting. Coordinate with execs, estimating, field teams, and stakeholders; represent the company in meetings and assume Project Engineer duties when needed.
