Lead day-to-day IT service desk operations, assign and escalate complex tickets, provide advanced Windows and Office 365 support, manage AD, maintain asset inventory, produce reports, and drive process improvements.

Support project manager on mechanical projects including scheduling, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, procurement, change orders, documentation, safety compliance, and mentoring project engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead and coordinate mechanical piping construction projects (plumbing, HVAC, process piping) from estimating through completion. Manage safety, schedule, budget, procurement, subcontractor billing, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication. Provide leadership to project teams, conduct pre-planning and weekly field meetings, and assume Project Engineer duties when needed.
