Greets visitors, routes incoming calls, handles mail and deliveries, responds to vendor requests, ships packages, manages postage funds, prepares project files, orders and tracks office supplies, performs clerical tasks, and maintains a professional reception area.

Processes invoices, matches them with receivers and purchase orders, resolves discrepancies, routes invoices for approval, responds to vendors, reviews statements, and supports accounts payable projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, communication, cross-department collaboration, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. This is an onsite position at the company headquarters in Cypress, California.

Summer 2027 project engineering internship supporting mechanical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, design and specification reviews, project documentation, site progress monitoring, estimating, quality control, team communication, and safety compliance. The intern will work with pre-construction, fabrication, and field installation teams on plumbing, HVAC, process piping, and industrial projects.
