Performs laboratory quality-control testing on raw materials and finished drywall products. Collects and analyzes samples, interprets results, documents findings, calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment, monitors production lines, and recommends corrective actions. The role supports formulation adjustments, production research, inventory maintenance, product holds and rework, safety compliance, housekeeping, and quality-system procedures. Requires independent work across various shifts, including 12-hour schedules and overtime as needed.

Operates production-line machinery, fills, seals, counts, and stacks finished products, prepares materials, reports quality or equipment issues, assists with mixing, cleans the work area, follows safety procedures, trains station employees, and supports job rotation. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation, and participation in random drug testing. Forklift experience is preferred.
